Accessing our inherent creativity can be a powerful tool when facing life’s challenges. Writing and journaling offer you an opportunity to do this to better communicate, maintain wellness, and connect with others.

These classes help you explore a new way to express and make time for your creative self.

Facilitator Rebecca Gifford will use simple guided meditations, accessible in-workshop creative writing exercises, and discussion to help participants (re)discover their imaginations and creative confidence, and ultimately find support and camaraderie.
