Our speaker: Meg Stickl is the owner of AIM Fitness, a local fitness company that works with Adults 50+ and Seniors. Meg has been helping seniors improve their health for over 15 years. She is passionate about helping people develop healthy habits, and live with more strength, mobility and improved balance. AIM Fitness offers Personal Training for one-on-one support, an online membership program and Zoom fitness classes to help seniors stay active at home.

Minimal equipment is needed for participation– all you need is a computer or laptop with access to the internet. The online platform used to connect – Zoom – is easy to use, and free. The Zoom link will be in the confirmation e-mail and will be shared again via e-mail the day before the session.
